BCS is
successful because of its people. While leadership and ideals
may provide direction, it's the people who provide the efforts
that the company is built on. A core of dedicated professionals
averaging over 10 years working as a team at BCS provide superior
customer service and products. The staff is dedicated, and
understands what it is to be part of a team that helps customers
with computer solutions to improve their business, and fight
criminal activities.
BCS cares
about its customers. We work at earning the privilege of our
customers' business every day. We endeavor to maintain the
highest level of service for each and every customer. We are
proud of our customers' loyalty, many of whom have been with
us over 10 years (one even 18 years). Our competitors say,

Product
and Services Evolution: |
|
| |
- Remote
System Management (RSM)
BCS pioneered
the concept of assuming complete remote technical responsibility
and administration for client hardware and software performance,
storage, security, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Today, this service is provided as Remote System Management
with every system implemented.
- Fraud
Prevention SmartSystem™ :
Beck's
Fraud Prevention SmartSystem (FPSS) was developed because
of the telecommunications industry's vital need for a system
to quickly stop phone fraud in all forms. Most systems are
simply threshold based. Most Anti-fraud systems are partially
effective at slowing down phone fraud, and are not able to
deter the ongoing growth of fraud - 11 to 25 percent annual
growth.
Perpetrators
could be external and/or internal, anywhere on the network.
Some examples of how they gained access are: clipping onto
phone wires, hacking into computers/networks, shoulder surfing,
automatic dialers, social engineering, etc. When culprits
are finally shut down, it was after weeks or months of profitable
thievery. Then they resurfaced wiser and warier a few days
later. The problem is fluid, elusive, pervasive and spreading.
It forced a new strategy, a new paradigm - FPSS.

Unique
Functions of FPSS: |
|
| |
Other
anti-fraud computer solutions set thresholds or set "known
fraud patterns" that criminals learned to avoid. The FPSS
unique "Learning Module" generates a three-dimensional "Usage
Signature" for every Line of Service (and within the following
call types ANI, 800, Calling Card, etc.) on the system.
This automatic and dynamic computer model allows FPSS to
rapidly detect any ruse, while at the same time reducing
the substantial phone company setup and ongoing maintenance
other systems require.
The Case
Manager allows a phone company to manage any volume of CDR
traffic with the least amount of effort and staff. With
its Automatic Intelligent Feedback (AIF), practically unlimited
history, and user-friendly; feature rich screens; it's the
fastest and easiest way to monitor, find and stop fraud.
False positive ratio as low as 5 to 1.
It can
be difficult for phone companies to spend the kind of money
required to purchase or implement an in-house system. Prices
can range as high as $1,000,000. Now with capital money
tight and with the size of staffs being reduced, it has
become even harder to justify the cost.
The Fraud
Service Bureau brings the time tested FPSS system capabilities
to every size telecom company. With just one monthly payment,
the entire functionality of FPSS is available to anyone.
Recently, a customer was running over 25 million CDRs daily
on the Service Bureau.
